Responsible for providing janitorial service for our commercial accounts. This includes, but not limited to; vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and glass cleaning. Responsible for cleaning commercial and medical facilities. This includes offices, conference rooms, restrooms, lobby areas, etc. Most work is at night and/or on the weekends. Some daytime work is required. Experience in floor work, window cleaning, carpet care, window washing a plus.
Account Manager (Phoenix area):
This position entails outside customer service with interaction between customers and the cleaning crew supervisors. This position requires excellent customer service skills, light computer skills and time management skills. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable. This is a salaried full time position. Starting salary is commensurate with skill set and previous experience. There are excellent growth opportunities with this position. This position entails performing surveys and explaining services to
potential new customers. This is a full time position and pays a
salary plus commission. Starting salary is commensurate with
previous sales experience and knowledge of industry.
