Before Square Feat begins a new cleaning program, your Account Manager and cleaning crew leader will perform an initial walk through of your facility. This walk through ensures your cleaning expectations are fully understood by all personnel involved from the start.
Cleaning Quality Assurance Plan
The Account Manager assigned to your facility is your main point of contact. This person insures all cleaning standards are maintained and any question or concern you may have regarding your services are addressed in a prompt manner. Your Account Manager will schedule and follow up on all scheduled periodic work, preform onsite inspections, and is available 24/7. Our onsite inspections include a 45 point checklist to help insure all services are performed on a timely fashion and the team is cleaning is according to plan. We are sticklers for detail …

In addition, our communication logbook at your facility will provide an avenue for communication between the facility manager and the cleaning team supervisor.
To insure all periodic services are completed, we schedule these services in our automated scheduling system with email notifications sent to the customer contact prior to the work being completed.
